We finally reached a new continent following Kanna-san!
It's interesting that players can use the merchant's trick of ignoring the boss and taking a detour, too. It makes exploring go so much faster~
33. Anonymous Beastfolk
I'm sure people have questions, so here's a summary of the new continent.
・The name is Flamma Volcanic Island.
・Players have reached the Go-Lou Republic.
・A mining and smithing nation filled with Dwarves.
・It's ruled by a council made up of the heads of its subdivided artisan guilds.
・Joining a guild is mandatory to do anything there, which is a bit of a hassle.
・But there are lots of well-paying jobs, and the equipment is good, too.
・There are also many residents willing to take on apprentices, so production Jobs should definitely go there.
・Most of the monsters that appear have Fire or Earth attributes and seem tough overall (go to the dedicated thread for details about the monsters).
・The lowest confirmed monster level is 40, so it's pretty brutal for beginners.
That's about all the information going around for now, right?
34. Anonymous Human
Question. I'm still low-level, but how useful are the 'Ultimate Arts' and 'Mystic Arts'?
35. Anonymous Human
Regardless of whether they're going to set up a home there, lots of people are planning to head to Flamma Volcanic Island anyway, right?
Even the top strategy group apparently plans to head over there for a while.
36. Anonymous Human
>>33 Thanks for the summary!
37. Anonymous Dwarf
>>33 You're a lifesaver.
38. Anonymous Beastfolk
>>34 It's still too early to say for sure, but they're all powerful.
They basically have the effect of massively enhancing a Martial Technique or Spell, and they deal serious damage even to bosses, so they're really useful. That's exactly why it's frustrating that you can't spam them. Though I guess that balance is about right.
39. Anonymous Human
>>33 Hey, didn't you forget the most important part?
The cities of the Go-Lou Republic have a steampunk aesthetic, you know!?
40. Anonymous Human
>>35 The Heroes are apparently going there too.
To escort a famous production Job player.
41. Anonymous Dwarf
>>34 A lot of the effects are cool, too, so it's fun both to use them and to watch them.
I personally like the flashy look of offensive 'Ultimate Arts,' but for PvP, enhancement types might be better? The risk is just too great if you miss with a one-shot attack.
For normal play, either is fine.
42. Anonymous Forestfolk
Come to think of it, was that resurrection Spell people were talking about a while ago just a hoax?
43. Anonymous Forestfolk
Teach this clueless guy, please. The other day, while I was playing normally, a message saying "Player Information Is Protected" suddenly appeared at the edge of my vision. What was that? And, for that matter, what kind of situation would leave player information unprotected?
44. Anonymous Dwarf
The boat fare to get all the way to the volcanic island isn't cheap.
And there's only so much you can do aboard a ship.
45. Anonymous Human
>>38.41, thank you!
46. Anonymous Beastfolk
>>42 Seems like a hoax?
Apparently 【Healing Arts】 doesn't evolve at level 30, and even at level 45, resurrection was still impossible. Maybe you need an even higher level, or maybe resurrection itself is impossible...
47. Anonymous Human
Resurrection, huh? Information that potions exist has been circulating for quite a while now.
If there are potions, you'd expect there to be Spells for it, too.
48. Anonymous Human
>>43 That's because there was a streamer right beside you.
49. Anonymous Forestfolk
Questions about the magic tools from the event rewards have died down, too.
It was funny seeing reports about items that made you wonder who would ever use them.
50. Anonymous Human
>>46 There's no way resurrection is impossible.
51. Anonymous Beastfolk
>>43 Someone using the recording or livestream function was nearby.
With the default settings, your character's name isn't displayed to them. If you change the settings, you can have not only your name but also your face automatically blurred to make them hard to see. Or you can make everything public, too.
52. Anonymous Human
>>43 You got caught in the field of view of some streamer or whatever.
People who hate trouble should leave the area immediately if that message appears.
On the other hand, if you want to show up on a famous player's stream and get noticed, feel free. If you get too carried away, though, the fans will surround you and beat you up.
53. Anonymous Forestfolk
>>48.51, thanks for letting me know!
54. Anonymous Forestfolk
>>52, thanks to you, too!
55. Anonymous Human
Speaking of streams, there was that time when some famous streamer and their entourage were massacred live...
56. Anonymous Human
>>54 That's what this thread is for.
57. Anonymous Human
>>55 Yeah, that happened...
58. Anonymous Human
>>55 That was an unpleasant incident...
59. Anonymous Beastfolk
>>55 The one that even made the antis feel sorry for them...
60. Anonymous Dwarf
>>55 What are you talking about?
61. Anonymous Human
>>55 That's what made the name 'Masked Warband' famous.
62. Anonymous Forestfolk
>>60 I won't mention any names, but a fairly famous streamer and their listeners did a stream where they played through the game together. The leader of the PK clan 'Masked Warband,' who had also been extremely active in the recent event, attacked them there.
He wiped out two parties by himself—parties that were only a little below the strategy group's level—and sent them all back to respawn. If you want to see what top-tier PvP play looks like, the video is still up, so try looking for it.
However, whether you watch it or not is your own responsibility. The skill on display is so incredible that you might lose confidence in yourself, lol.
63. Anonymous Human
>>60 You don't know about that incident...? That's unusual.
64. Anonymous Forestfolk
Huh?
65. Anonymous Beastfolk
What? What was that notification just now!?
66. Anonymous Human
Reincarnation?
67. Anonymous Dwarf
What the hell is going on!?
68. Anonymous Human
There's a thread about the reincarnation system now...
69. Anonymous Human
Someone! Someone explain!

Reincarnation System Thread 1
1. Management
This is a thread for discussing the reincarnation system.
There is no detailed information yet.
Therefore, please refrain from posting speculation as though it were fact.
Malicious posts will be deleted at our discretion.
Whoever gets >>980, please create the next thread.
303. Anonymous Human
Things are finally starting to settle down.
The announcement was so sudden, though. That's only natural.
304. Anonymous Beastfolk
So, in the end, are we supposed to assume that all the replies deleted at the beginning were fake?
305. Anonymous Human
Do we remake our characters from scratch, or do we just modify a few things...?
306. Anonymous Forestfolk
Is this some kind of safety net?
Like, "Maybe I actually prefer the other option"?
307. Anonymous Beastfolk
Whether we can become monsters is important, too.
A lot of people want to become monsters, but hesitate to delete their current data and start over.
308. Anonymous Human
If you can only change your avatar's appearance, that's not reincarnation—it's plastic surgery.
I wouldn't even bother looking into it unless changing from Human to Forestfolk is at least possible.
309. Anonymous Monster
Excuse me.
I am someone who has reincarnated.
310. Anonymous Human
>>307 I have a friend like that, too.
311. Anonymous Human
>>309 What the fuck!?
312. Anonymous Forestfolk
>>309 Huh?
313. Anonymous Human
>>309 Is this for real? Or are you impersonating someone?
314. Anonymous Dwarf
>>309 (゜∀゜) They're hereーーーーーーーーー!!! (゜∀゜)
315. Anonymous Beastfolk
>>309 P-please, we request that you disclose the information!
316. Anonymous Human
>>313 There was already an impersonator.
The post was deleted within seconds, so I think this one's the real deal.
317. Anonymous Human
>>309 A monster!? Did you become a different kind of monster!?
Please start by telling us that part!
318. Anonymous Monster
When I reincarnated, restrictions were placed on what information I was allowed to disclose, so I'll explain what I can.
Reincarnation is generally performed at a shrine. However, the shrines that allow reincarnation aren't in ordinary towns. I'm also unable to reveal the location of the shrine I reached. The location is restricted.
>>317 I went from a Human to a monster.
319. Anonymous Forestfolk
>>318 If it's restricted, does that mean we have to find it ourselves?
320. Anonymous Beastfolk
>>318 You can go from Human to monster...?
321. Anonymous Monster
Next, the reincarnation system is somewhat unusual. The Race you reincarnate into is fixed for each shrine.
The shrine where I reincarnated was a place for turning Humans into monsters. So even if you find the place I went, that doesn't necessarily mean you'll be able to perform the reincarnation you want.
Reincarnation isn't free, either; it requires some kind of resource. I can't reveal what it is, but apparently the required resource differs from shrine to shrine.
However, it seems you can change your Job at any shrine.
322. Anonymous Human
So the shrine part was just as expected.
323. Anonymous Forestfolk
Wait, seriously? It's not free?
324. Anonymous Dwarf
So that means I, a Dwarf, can't become a Human there.
325. Anonymous Beastfolk
Then there are probably plenty of people for whom this information is meaningless even if it's disclosed.
326. Anonymous Monster
As for level, it resets to 0. Furthermore, you don't gain SP until you've returned to your original level. In exchange, you receive a huge bonus to the experience you earn until you reach that original level.
I only reincarnated a little while ago, but I've already reached level 12.
327. Anonymous Human
It's nice that changing Jobs is the default.
It would be a pain if the Race you wanted to try didn't match your previous Job.
328. Anonymous Human
I don't know what your original level was, but if you reincarnated when that notification appeared just now, that's incredibly fast.
329. Anonymous Beastfolk
So you're supposed to get used to your new avatar before reaching your old level.
330. Anonymous Dwarf
Still, you became a monster avatar, huh.
Can we ask what kind of Race you are?
331. Anonymous Forestfolk
What about your abilities? Are they unchanged?
332. Anonymous Human
I want to become a monster! Tell me where the shrine is!
333. Anonymous Monster
I have to find the shrine. (Mission accepted.)
334. Anonymous Monster
As for Skills and Titles, you can choose whether or not to reset each of them. I didn't reset mine.
If you reset your Skills, the SP required to learn and evolve them is returned. So you can drastically change your Skill build. However, their levels return to 0, so be aware that you'll be about as strong immediately after reincarnation as you were when you first started playing.
Deleting Titles doesn't do anything in particular, but it lets you remove infamous or unwanted ones. However, keep in mind that Titles that could only be obtained by your original Race, or that cannot be obtained by your new Race, will be forcibly deleted.
335. Anonymous Dwarf
>>334 So if you don't gain SP, that means you can't reincarnate over and over to inflate your SP total.
336. Anonymous Human
Reset everything or keep everything? Those are way too extreme!
337. Anonymous Human
>>334 So even PKers can turn over a new leaf?
338. Anonymous Human
>>336 It's called 'reincarnation.' What did you expect?
Starting over from scratch or keeping all your Skills is about the right level of choice.
339. Anonymous Monster
You can't change your player name, but you can change your avatar's gender.
And the most important thing to remember is that you can't reincarnate again until you reach the level you had when you reincarnated.
That's all the information I have.
340. Anonymous Beastfolk
You can change sex!?
Well, there are quite a few old men using female avatars, though...
341. Anonymous Human
>>332 They said they couldn't tell you because it's restricted.
342. Anonymous Forestfolk
What happened to the other party members? Did you all become monsters?
343. Anonymous Human
So consecutive reincarnations aren't possible. Even if you decide you don't like it, you don't have that much freedom after all.
345. Anonymous Beastfolk
>>323 There is no way it would be free, lol.
