Event information summary
・The location is an uninhabited island, and you can freely travel between it and your base.
・The event lasts one week in real time.
・PKing is impossible during the event.
・The uninhabited island serving as the event venue can still be visited after the event ends.
・Several dungeons with different recommended levels will appear only during the event.
・The appearance rate of rare items is increased.
・There are event-exclusive Titles. Some effects last only during the event, while others continue afterward.
・Points earned during the event can be exchanged for items later.
・Individual and clan rankings based on points will be announced.
・There will be special rewards for those near the top of the rankings.

That's because taste-related features could affect your health. You need to change your device settings to enable them, and you'll have to sign a consent form and everything.

You have to go through a pretty tedious process in the device settings, so be careful. Also, if any health problems arise, you won't have anyone to complain to, so keep that in mind too.
On the other hand, once you've changed the settings, you can enjoy meals in other games as well. It's not widely known, but apparently it's common knowledge among people who seek gourmet experiences in VR games.
I'll reiterate that changing the settings isn't personally recommended, since it could cause health problems. Sorry for the long post.
