'All the bosses that appeared in this event can be evolved by players!'
Monster play is definitely worth considering!
92. Anonymous Human
I can't believe the admins would tempt us into monster play while also showing off the random dungeons...
The admins are quite the schemers!
93. Anonymous Forestfolk
>>92 Exactly.
That monster bro who swooped in and posted the other day is probably going to be treated like a charismatic figure.
94. Anonymous Human
>>93 Charisma for monster players means the Demon King, doesn't it? Oh nooo~
95. Anonymous Mountainfolk
>>93 So you're the reason the Demon King was born? (A person from the future!)
96. Anonymous Human
But honestly, monster play is still brutal, right?
It looks like almost everyone who chose it at the start gave up within a week.
97. Anonymous Human
>>96 Hey! Don't say that out loud!
98. Anonymous Mountainfolk
There are definitely people who would choose it just because monsters have more evolution options than humans.
Actually, I'd play as a monster too if I could make an alt account.
99. Anonymous Human
>>98 Same. It would've been nice if I could make my main account Human and my alt a monster, though.
100. Anonymous Forestfolk
Huh? FSW doesn't let you make alt accounts?
101. Anonymous Beastfolk
>>100 Nope. Your brainwaves are used as your account password, so buying two VR devices won't help.
102. Anonymous Human
>>100 Rather, are there any recent VR games that let you make alt accounts?
103. Anonymous Human
There are tons of monsters that didn't appear in the PV, right? I'm curious about them too.
104. Anonymous Human
>>103 Then why not check the strategy forums for each dungeon? There should be at least some information about the bosses.
105. Anonymous Human
>>104 I want to see images. I can't imagine them from text alone!
106. Anonymous Beastfolk
>>105 You're being way too demanding, lol.
107. Anonymous Human
Monsters definitely have their appeal, but isn't not being able to accept quests way too rough? I'd lose almost all my sources of income!
108. Anonymous Forestfolk
>>107 You can't buy anything anyway, so you probably don't need zel, right?
That monster bro said he got his by PKing people and taking it from them, after all.
109. Anonymous Human
Wouldn't it be interesting if a clan that traded with monster players sprang up?
That monster bro said that with 【Linguistics】, you can talk to monsters, right?
110. Anonymous Mountainfolk
>>109 Interesting idea, but it seems impossible.
The verification board says that raising 【Linguistics】 apparently brings up an info message saying communication with other races has become possible. But neither the goblins in the north nor the slimes in the south could actually hold a conversation.
There might be some kind of condition, but nobody knows what it is at present. The leader of the verification board apparently wants to somehow contact that monster bro for the sake of testing, too.
111. Anonymous Human
>>110 Then what was the point of posting anonymously?!
And trying to meet someone who might have PKed you is way too gutsy!
112. Anonymous Forestfolk
>>111 That's just the kind of person they are...

【The Bosses】General Strategy Thread 29【Are Strong!】

This is the general strategy thread.
Post your strategy information here.

800. Akatsuki
Well then, shall we compile the information on the second bosses from east, west, south, and north?
East
Race: Vorpal Bunny Lv21
Job: Warrior Lv1
A rabbit monster wielding a weapon. The type of weapon is random (?)
However, all of them are bladed weapons.
It looks cute, but it ruthlessly aims for instant kills by chopping off your head.
It's fast, too, so make sure the tank properly protects the back line.
There have been reports of drops for the weapon it used.
West
Race: Evil Monkey Lv23
Job: Pugilist Lv3
A monkey monster. It looks similar to a Japanese macaque and is notable for its long arms.
As you'd expect from a monkey, it uses tree branches to throw you off with three-dimensional movement.
Be careful! It uses magic in addition to its fists, claws, and fangs!
The drops make good armor materials.
South
Race: Blade Cat Lv20
Job: None
A cat monster whose tail ends in something resembling a sword.
It's nimble, making it very difficult to land an attack.
Its sharp tail can also extend, so carefully gauge your distance!
The drop can be used as a material for weapons.
North
Race: Big Poison Frog Lv22
Job: None
A huge frog about the size of a kei truck. People who dislike reptiles, beware!
It can move surprisingly quickly by using its jumping power. Its body slam packs enough force to kill you instantly.
It can lash out with its extendable tongue and spit poison, and even its blood is poisonous.
Don't hold back on using antidotes!
The drop can be used to make medicine and poison.
Something like that, okay?
801. Jack
>>800 Nice work!
The drop information is a big help. I already knew it, though, lol.
802. Jiro-maru
>>801 That's because the strategy group members trade with each other, after all.
More importantly, it was surprising that Blade Cat material can be mixed into metal.
803. Guren
>>802 Yeah. Apparently, the metals with which each monster has a high affinity differ, too.
The crafters were running around like mad, lol.
804. Nutmeg
As a mage, I'd love to encounter a monster that provides material for a staff.
805. Aina
>>804 Same here.
At present, quest rewards have the best performance, so all the top players have the same equipment...
I want a one-of-a-kind player-made item that combines performance and appearance.
806. Fumifumi
>>805 A crafting-class acquaintance says that, thanks to their 【Woodworking】 level, they can apparently already tweak the appearance.
Apparently, the performance won't change until new wood becomes available, though.
807. Rouge
>>805 I guess you could modify a completed staff, but the crafting classes haven't reached that point yet.
I'm expressing my individuality with accessories for now, but that's not really enough...
808. Goki
>>807 I suppose raising the effects of a finished product is harder than making one from scratch.
Though it feels like it would be the opposite in real life...
809. Ricardo
>>808 Apparently, something about magic circuits and whatnot makes that part difficult.
Let's just chalk it up to game mechanics.
810. Jiro-maru
More importantly, are they making progress on developing magic items that can be used in actual combat?
Things like elemental weapons.
811. Kota
>>810 They're apparently possible, though extremely expensive and difficult to gather the items for.
For example, a sword wreathed in flame can apparently be made with 'metal + fire-aspected monster material + fire-aspected magic stone.'
Apparently, if the metal doesn't have a high affinity with the element, it'll be no different from an ordinary sword.
812. Taimatsu
>>811 Ehh...
813. Barikan
>>811 So that means it's impossible for the time being!
814. Yamainu
Guess I'll just rely on my teammates' enchants...
815. Fumifumi
More importantly, why did nobody point out that Big Poison Frog is labeled as a reptile? lol
816. Nutmeg
>>815 Oh, now that you mention it, frogs are amphibians.
817. Guren
>>815 Lol.
818. Taimatsu
>>815 Lol.
819. Akatsuki
>>815 I-it's a cute mistake! Let me off the hook! (Tears of blood)!

【Let's Make】Crafted Goods Showcase Thread 36【and Play!】
1. Gantetsu
This is the crafted goods showcase thread.
Let's show each other what we've made.
Observe the minimum level of manners. The admins will delete your posts.
Previous thread http://****************
>>980, make the next thread.
74. Rina
It doesn't look like adding more decorations to clothing necessarily increases its bonus effects.
Here: [image]
75. Gantetsu
>>75 Armor is the same way.
Depending on the decoration, you may get additional effects, but it also makes the armor heavier, so finding the right balance is difficult.
76. Elizabeth
Ah, I wish player houses would be implemented already!
My small accessories aren't selling at all!
77. Yoshiwo
>>76 There are hardly any players with enough money to spare on hobby goods at this point.
But the types that attach to weapons are selling pretty well. The only people buying them are women, though.
78. Karasazaki
More importantly, when are we going to find the raw materials for glass?
There isn't a glass workshop in Fars, and I can't even train in the craft!
What was the point of choosing this name, anyway?! Aaaagh...
79. Elizabeth
>>78 We haven't even found sand yet, after all.
80. Gantetsu
>>78 We'll have to wait for the strategy group's results.
81. Rina
Speaking of the strategy group, the materials from the second field bosses have arrived, haven't they?
82. Gantetsu
>>81 They've opened up the possibilities for new weapons.
It's made things very satisfying around here!
83. Yamashina Uta
>>82 You mean the hellish verification work, right?
84. Karasazaki
It didn't have the stuff I was looking for, though!
