Time passed….

By the time the sunset was already visible, Hyeonwoo had taken me somewhere.

“We had fun today. Didn't we, Seolhwa?”

“...Ah, I suppose so.”

“...Are you upset?”

“...Not really.”

Hyeonwoo had brought me to a lookout of sorts with a good view of the zoo, bathed in sunset, but unlike earlier, I wasn't in the mood to admire the scenery, for an entirely different reason.

I felt like such an idiot for having foolishly misread things, dressing up in pretty clothes and getting nervous and excited….

And I was incredibly disappointed, too….
