Trickle, Trickle

"All right, hello, YouTube~ I'm Sahyang. Today we're going to play a co-op horror game called THE BACKROOM ESCAPE! And, as always, today's members are~"

"Hiii~ It's me~ So~ran~ Hello! I'm Soran!"

"Hello. I'm Seongwon, a horror-game-loving gamer in my thirties."

At last, she looked at me as if telling me it was my turn to speak.

"I-I... H-hello... I, uh... I h-hate horror games like crazy. I'm Lee Jia..."

Since my body changed, my already considerable fearfulness seemed to have gotten even worse. Even the dark, creepy atmosphere on the main screen had me scared before we’d even started.

"Ah, it looks like Jia's pretty scared. This is going to make for some seriously good clips."

Sahyang was already imagining the YouTube videos they’d get out of this; even her voice was full of laughter.

"Let me give you a quick explanation of the game! The Backrooms is actually called Inside the Backrooms. It’s a horror game based on the fictional setting 'the Backrooms,' which originated on the internet. With this creepy atmosphere and monsters popping up here and there, let's get started!"
