Pittman glanced toward Trosin and, after confirming that Trosin had nodded, began.

He must have decided that stalling was pointless now.

If they were going to be overruled by a majority vote no matter what they did, they might as well start.

"This inquiry will examine Silver's actions one by one."

Pittman read aloud from what appeared to be a statement prepared in advance.

If this inquiry found that my actions had been inappropriate for an SS-rank adventurer, I would probably be given some sort of punishment.

Trosin and the others probably intended to use that punishment to restrict my actions.
