As soon as we entered the approach to Tower 3, bullets and shells rained down indiscriminately.

“Raise the barrier.”

We pushed the front line forward little by little with Leonhardt’s barrier leading the way. We weren’t rushing. We were slowly chewing away at the space around the tower.

As long as the barrier didn’t break, it would recharge if we waited a little. The enemy’s bullets and skills were endless, too, but they had nowhere left to retreat.

That difference shaped how we played.

They curled up like turtles and held on, while we hid behind the barrier and slowly pushed the front line forward.
