‘Another meeting today.’

As Iseo walked up the stairs to the practice room, she thought she was feeling a little tired. The concept meetings had begun at Suyeon’s suggestion. Even after holding them three times, they still hadn’t produced any clear results, and Iseo was growing increasingly fatigued by them.

‘If we at least had something tangible to show for it… That would make things a little better.’

They were in a situation where everyone was simply pushing forward what they wanted to do, without anything like that to go on. Iseo shook her head slightly to brush away her negative thoughts, then entered the practice room. The other three were already waiting.

“Why are you all here so early? Since you’re so strict about keeping appointments, you’re model citizens.”

“Aren’t you supposed to be strict about keeping appointments…?”

“That kind of conventional thinking! You have to break it. What’s the twenty-first century for? It’s the age of self-promotion, you know. Don’t follow time—make time follow you. How cool would ‘the woman time follows’ be?”

“You just sound crazy…”

As they exchanged such pointless small talk, Iseo made herself a cup of coffee in the practice room. Looking at how quickly the capsules were running out, she thought they should probably buy some this time. Someone would eventually refill them even if she left them alone, but since they were using the practice room for free, shouldn’t she at least do something like this?

“All right, then, let’s get this tiresome, annoying meeting…”...
