“Suyeon, come eat dinner.”

The bedroom door had been firmly shut since the meeting ended the night before. Hyein looked at it worriedly. She knew from the previous all-nighter incident that her daughter tended to stop eating and drinking whenever something caught her interest and immerse herself in it, but today seemed a little excessive.

‘She didn't collapse, did she?’

“Just a moment.”

While she was worrying, an answer came from inside. Hyein sighed in relief and scooped up some rice. Then she saw her daughter come out of the room and screamed inwardly. What was with those dark circles under her eyes? They were practically panda-level.

“Were you up all night?!”

“Uh... I think so. What time is it?”

“It’s 18:32.”

“Ah...”

Suyeon stood blankly for a moment, then shuffled over and set out her spoon and chopsticks. Hyein wondered what she should say, then decided to say nothing. Well, she was young, so staying up all night for one day should be fine...
