Lying on my dorm bed and scrolling through my phone, I let out a deep sigh.
“What kind of Hunter-only community is this? It’s just an internet dump.”
The government’s official community, ‘HunterNet,’ which I’d joined on the Gate attendant’s recommendation.
But maybe the site was too new, or maybe Awakened people were just like this to begin with—the state of its message boards was far from respectable.
[Looking for a veteran driver to carry me through an E-rank Gate. F-ranks, have some shame and stay away.]
[Recruiting for a beginner Hunter party! Healers with recovery abilities preferred. Female Hunters only. No men.]
[The guy who took my sword outside Gate No. 2 earlier, show yourself. My dashcam caught everything. Come out now and I’ll let you off with just your right arm.]
I’d expected better from an official government site, but useful information about Gate strategies or mana stone prices was as scarce as rain in a drought.
Most posts were from people hoping to get carried by other Hunters, or from people trying to satisfy their own ulterior motives under the pretense of recruiting a party. The rest were people posting meaningless nonsense, just like on any other community site, even though this one supposedly required proof of eligibility.
Didn’t you need a Hunter license to use this site? I’m sure there was a field for your Hunter license when you signed up. Why is it full of such weird posts? I really don’t get it...
