"The idea for the Apprentice Witch Rehabilitation Department was Eve's to begin with. She said that since it was a project to help apprentice witches living in Korea, there was a good chance it would ultimately benefit Korea as well. That's how she's getting taxpayer money now."

"Ah…."

"Honestly, if it had been me, I would've turned it down the moment I heard it. So I guess she was pretty persuasive? Or perhaps Korea was in desperate need of witches' help at the time?"

"Well, thanks to that, I was able to leave Neria in her care. I don't know whether it helped Korea, but it certainly helped me."

Of the three people here, only Neria, who had no connection to the team leader, munched and swallowed her fried rice.
