Apprentice Witch Rehabilitation Department

A civil servant is assigned an unusual task: rehabilitating a group of apprentice witches who have absolutely no interest in working. Somehow, coaxing these troublesome witches into doing their jobs has become his responsibility, though, he's fairly certain this isn't what government employees are supposed to do.
