Among the farewell greetings Koreans especially like to use, there is a famous stock phrase: 「Let's have a meal sometime.」

It doesn't necessarily mean that they absolutely intend to make plans somehow and share a meal; it's more like a courtesy phrase casually tacked on because simply saying goodbye and parting feels a little sad.

So if they really intend to have a meal together, people usually add a definite date instead of making such a vague promise.

"You said you'd be right back, and you really were? It used to take you an hour and ten minutes? Twenty minutes? to get to your place, didn't it?"

The farewell line 「You promised earlier that I could lick and suck your breasts. Let's do that next time.」 couldn't have been some casually tossed-off courtesy phrase.
