During the period when the Providence royal family was established and countless nobles were purged,

most of the kingdom’s heroes were purged as well.

However, unlike the lords, the heroes’ whereabouts weren’t all known, so some managed to hide from the purge.

A few of those who survived left the Providence Kingdom and sought refuge in other kingdoms.

Countries where imperial culture still lingered, and demi-humans could be hunted.

But not all the heroes of the Esirik Kingdom were accepted as heroes by other countries.

Humans are creatures who can never give up what they’ve enjoyed.

The heroes were no different.

If they couldn’t be accepted as heroes, they chose to refuse asylum and stay in the kingdom instead.
