Breakthrough

After finishing Treasure Hunt and heading outside.

Thankfully, my family welcomed me back safe and sound.

There had been no chance of my family being swept up in the Tower's curse.

- A Stage 7 Faller rampaging through Kalispell was killed by the U.S. representative Nightmare climber.

- The U.S. Department of Defense announced that most of the Fallers in Whitefish and the surrounding area had been wiped out, and that it was currently working with climbers to search for any remaining Fallers.

- The U.S. government expressed its deep regret to the victims and bereaved families of this Faller disaster...

Unfortunately, the country where the Fallers had appeared was the United States.

The one fortunate thing amid the misfortune was that a low-population-density area had been selected.

If the Tower's curse had descended in the middle of a major city with a population of tens or hundreds of millions, it would have been terrifying even to imagine.

‘...I suppose I shouldn't call that fortunate.’...
