Her anxious state had grown even worse.

She'd been throwing herself into training, at least, but even that enthusiasm had disappeared.

"You've seemed distracted lately, and today it's worse. Are you okay, miss?"

"Ah... I'm fine."

"You can't train like this."

Chloe's words drew my gaze to Eah.

"Sorry... I've had a lot on my mind lately..."

"Miss, go back early today and get some rest. I'll keep Katrina a little longer before sending her back."

I could tell Chloe was trying to send Eah off first...
