So, I'll try raising my Job's level.
My current Job, 'Spy,' is Level 1.
Considering I had to spend points to acquire it, I should be able to raise it by spending JP (Job Points) again... I think.
I silently will it.
≪Spend 2 JP to raise Spy's Level?≫
Oh, I got a response.
Two points to reach Level 2.
It was pretty much what I'd expected.
Of course, I select Yes.
≪You spent JP. Spy has reached Level 2.≫
I did it!

My JP has gone down by 2.
So leveling up a Job increases its stat bonuses too.
I would've liked the bonuses to apply to more stats, but I can't be greedy.
Hmm? Wait a minute.
Does that mean I could raise my stats even more by acquiring multiple Jobs?
The so-called second Job, third Job, and so on.
I try clicking Adventurer in the Job field.
≪You cannot select a second Job because you have not reached the required Level.≫
Hmm, apparently I can't choose a second Job.
But if it says I haven't reached a certain Level, then conversely, I should be able to select a second Job once I do.
This really is like a game.
I wonder at what Level I'll be able to choose a second Job.
Well, I can worry about that later.
If I can't select multiple Jobs, then I know what I have to do.
I silently will it again.
≪Spend 3 JP to raise Spy's Level?≫
It responds again.
As I thought, Level 3 costs 3 points.
So that means it takes a number of points equal to the Level, after all.
Four points for Level 4, five points for Level 5, and so on.
Might as well. I'll raise Spy's Level as much as I can.
≪You spent JP. Spy has reached Level 3.≫
≪Your Job Level has reached a certain threshold.≫
≪Sneak has reached Level 2.≫
≪Observation has reached Level 2.≫
≪Keen Ears has reached Level 2.≫
≪Stealth has reached Level 2.≫
...Huh?
It looks like my Skills leveled up as a bonus, too?
So when a Job's Level goes up, its Skills level up along with it.
That's good to know.
I probably need SP to level up Skills.
But raising my Job's Level lets me reduce that cost.
But I don't know at what rate they level up.
I guess I'll have to test it.
For now, I guess I'll stop after the next level, right?
≪You spent JP. Spy has reached Level 4.≫
And this is what my status looks like now.

All right, next I'll try out SP (Skill Points) the same way.
