151. Witch of Blue
People tend to think of mages as scrawny and frail, but perhaps that isn't really the case once one reaches the level of a Tower Master.
The Blue Tower Master, whom I had expected to pass out immediately, trembled violently, but was still conscious.
“Hah, the Blood Cult… what the hell did they summon… damn it.”
The Tower Master wore a frustrated expression as they admitted they had misjudged me, but thinking about it, they hadn't exactly misjudged me, either.
I didn't know what the Blood Cult had originally intended to summon, but whatever it was, it couldn't have been stronger than me.
The Blue Tower Master alone might not have been able to deal with an opponent like that, but they wouldn't have lost this easily.
Well, putting that aside—for now, I had to start persuading them. If I killed this bastard here, there would be no end to the problems it caused.
I might be wanted for murder right away, and at the very least, becoming enemies with the other Magic Towers would be a certainty.
That probably wouldn't pose much of a threat, but finding Ein's mother would become unbelievably difficult...
