Eolpheia guided Ein and me to the Tower Master's reception room.

Since it was a facility for the Tower Master's use, the reception room was located particularly high up in the tower.

As a result, we had to climb a great many stairs, which was quite a burden for little Ein and their short legs.

Naturally, I carried Ein up the stairs on my back. The Blue Tower Master clicked their tongue at the sight.

“Hmph, what a ridiculous charade.”

I felt a brief surge of anger at that rude behavior, but Eolpheia moved before I could.

Eolpheia casually flicked her right hand, and the Tower Master, who had been climbing the stairs, tripped over nothing and fell.
