Monsters had spread across all of Kellyerton.

We managed to drive the monsters out by raiding the empty royal castle, but we had to prepare for the wave that was coming soon.

“We’re short on food and military equipment.”

“They say the monsters will reach the royal castle in two days!”

The problem was that Kellyerton had been carved out of Adrian, which had practically exploded into pieces in the first place.

The army was competent enough, but everything else was either lacking or nonexistent.

There was barely enough food for a month, and there were almost no materials with which to rebuild the ruins.

Feeling countless eyes upon her, Evelyn stared blankly up at the sky.
