It's plenty manageable.

2. Rift Wave

This is literally a wave that emerges when a rift opens.
You can tell just from the images that it's different from a mutated wave.
But even this can be handled if you respond calmly—wait, fuck, you can't respond at all.
If the scale gets even a little bigger, it's immediately on the level of a Great War, so you can consider yourself utterly fucked, yep.
