The battle between Sazaby and Sapia-sama that began at the queen's request was quite a spectacle as well.

"Please spare me at least a one-on-one fight."

Because of Sazaby's almost-pleading proposal, the battle was two-on-two this time as well.

"Then I shall participate."

Wickhart was the one to step forward, wearing an unusually combative expression.

"Hmm, the Azure Bow is joining us. Then perhaps we should change the rules a little."

Sapia-sama drew small circles at either end of the training grounds and pointed to them with her rapier.

"The archer must remain within this circle. From here, you will support the main attacker. You have five arrows. Your skill will be judged by how well you can aid your ally with them. Remember, the bow is only for support; even if it hits, it will not decide the match. Victory or defeat is determined solely by the battle between Sazaby and me."

She explained it fluently. It was clear this was not her first time using these rules. Perhaps they were commonly used in Tzanadefor.
