Plans for the Future and Shopping

“All right, let me go over the plans from here. First, for the rest of today, I’d like to buy everyone clothes and watches. Once that’s done, we’ll call it a day. For the next few days, you won’t have to work, so you can get used to living here. Please learn where the market is and how to get to the shop. Then, after a few days, you’ll start working. I’ll come back here then and explain what I’d like you to do.”

When I said that, Yoan was the first to speak up.

“Lord Leon, you said we’d have a few days off. Would it be all right if I continued my research? Is the shop’s kitchen ready to use?”

“Yeah. The renovations are almost done. The only things left are the changing room and bathhouse being added in the backyard, so the inside of the shop is ready to use. We’ve also moved in the things we’d been keeping at the Daligard estate. But I’ve put a hold on the daily deliveries of ingredients for now. So you can take a few days off, too, Yoan.”

When I said that, Yoan looked terribly disappointed. Someone tells him he can take a break, and he gets depressed... There was another workaholic here, too.

“Lord Leon, if it’s all right with you, could you arrange to have the ingredients delivered again starting tomorrow? I’d like to do research...”

“Of course, but... don’t you want to rest?”

“Yes! I want to do research!”

“O-okay. I’ll arrange it, then.”

“Thank you very much!”...
