At the covered walkway outside the library building, Albert Frau Lobelia Ridill, the Third Prince of the Kingdom of Ridill, was standing on one leg.

"Will this really make me able to use flight magic, Dudley-senpai?"

"The most important thing in flight magic is your sense of balance! First, I want you to try crossing the covered walkway in a straight line on one leg."

Glen told Albert, who looked doubtful, with absolute confidence.

Beside Albert, Patrick, who had no intention of learning flight magic, was cheerfully hopping around on one leg.

"Albert-sama~ Let's race~"

"Hmph, just what I was hoping for! Hyah!"

The two boys hopped along the covered walkway... but after only a few steps, Albert lost his balance and fell on his backside.

Patrick, who had gotten a little farther ahead, turned to look back at Albert while still standing on one leg.
