Vol. 12 Ch. 15: Wham

The venue was filled with a buzz.

The images projected onto the stage did not reproduce any sound. Even so, it was impossible to miss that Cyril, Glen, and Roberto were screaming in agony.

...And that Hubard was manipulating flaming arrows without chanting.

Felix stared at the images being displayed without even blinking.

When someone uttered, "Silent magic?" the commotion spread at once.

Only one person in the entire world was supposed to be capable of using silent magic... the 〈Silent Witch〉.

(Could he have been the 〈Silent Witch〉? No, Lady Everett is a woman. Of that, there can be no doubt... but what if the woman I met was some kind of illusion?)

In Felix's pocket, his contracted spirit Wildianu, in the form of a lizard, fidgeted restlessly.

If Cyril and the others were to lose, Felix intended to have Wildianu intervene and secretly dispose of Hubard.

But if Hubard was a user of silent magic, could Wildianu, who was not suited for combat, do anything about him...
