“I’ll cooperate willingly.”

I raised both hands to show that I had no intention of resisting, but they handcuffed me without mercy and took me away.

After I boarded the vehicle, they restrained my arms and legs, gagged me, blindfolded me, and fitted earplugs over my ears before dragging me somewhere.

I even felt as though something was being placed over my entire gagged face.

To make matters worse, they split us up into separate vehicles, so I had no idea what was happening to the other team members.

Being treated this way made me feel as though they didn’t consider me a fellow employee. More like some dangerous subversive, not a Management Bureau employee.

In truth, there was nothing I could do in my current situation, so I gave up and let my body sway with the rattling vehicle.

It was still more humane than simply throwing us into the Backrooms.

I relaxed my body and tried to sleep. If it was over, it was over. Otherwise, I figured they’d at least interrogate me.
