Upon being discharged, I headed straight to the Gyeongbuk Branch. Two of the ten people who participated in the ‘Treat It Like a Child’ retrieval operation were from the Gyeongbuk Branch.

As at the Chungnam Branch, Kang Chae-young and I respectfully bowed our heads before the memorial stones standing in place of individual graves.

We were alive thanks to those who, even in bodies stolen by entities, upheld their convictions to the very end.
