Troy. A city-state on the Anatolian peninsula.
Long ago, Poseidon, Apollo, and Hera rebelled against Zeus. Hades's intervention crushed the rebellion. Hera was chained for a year, and Apollo and Poseidon served as slaves to a human king for a year.
That king was Laomedon, the then-ruler of Troy. And he was incredibly arrogant.
He forced the two gods to build Troy's walls, then refused to pay them.

Troy faced the wrath of two Olympians. Apollo unleashed a plague, and Poseidon sent a monstrous sea beast. Heroes slain the beast, but the plague was unstoppable, baffling even the world's greatest physicians.
"Can no one cure this divine curse?"
"Your Majesty, we cannot defy the sun god. We must act."...
