Besides the users who haven’t commented yet, there are dungeon masters like me in the Dungeon Gallery.
The world is full of enemies targeting dungeons.
They’re the ones who managed to survive alone from the very beginning.

But the time they spent struggling to survive and the time I spent clinging desperately to life overlapped a little.

The last wave I held off was ten hobgoblins.
I’d bought traps and miscellaneous things before the wave, so aside from the 10,000 points I got as a reward, I had nothing left.
I hadn’t invested any points into stats separately.
Even so, seeing it go up means stats must automatically increase when you level up.
At this point, how much had my physical ability improved?
I’ll ask the gallery later.

For now, cleanup comes first.
I went into the minion tab and bought an Anomalous Slime.
They also sold normal slimes, but the price was the same, and with the Immortal tag attached, this one looked better.
The minions had said not to buy one, but.
Even Dungeon Gallery veterans—even NoSubordinatesForMe—even seemed to use slimes, so whatever, I’d probably be fine buying one.

A cute little thing popped out of the white floor.
“Oh. So you’re the slime.”
A blob made of transparent liquid.
Sniff sniff, it was literally colorless and odorless.
Rubbing it around brought back memories of playing with slime putty as a child.
The slime slipped right out of my grasp.
It quickly devoured the debris scattered on the floor, then oozed into the corridor.
“Oh….”
What is that? It’s scary.
Maybe it was going to clean up the rest of the trash on its own, so I just left it alone.
“Let’s see.”
Where should I spend the remaining 9,500P?
For now, there weren’t any suitably purchasable anomaly-themed items.
As for minions, there were none at all.
Maybe higher-grade minions unlock as you level up, but the names are vicious as hell—doppelgangers, neck-snapping monsters, intelligent parasites, and so on.
Well, I probably wouldn’t buy any.
Still, if I ever ran into humans or other troublesome intruders later, I might have to consider them, so I just kept them in mind for now.
