When I first came to the El Berg Mountains, I thought I'd finally be able to devote myself to the research I had neglected for so long.

But between accepting refugees, organizing pioneer groups, and overseeing Pina's personal magic practice, the time I thought I'd have in abundance quickly dwindled.

Managing over 30,000 people meant that dozens of documents crossed my desk daily.

Not all of them were important, and most seemed like jokes. The prime example was the document currently in my hand.

"...Ivanna. Call Baron David."

"Yes! I thought you might say that, so I've already called for him!"

Ivanna, who had transitioned from maid to my secretary and advisor, displayed her uncanny ability to anticipate my wishes and act on them before I even gave the order.

The fact that I had any free time at all was largely thanks to her efforts.
