Summer vacation had arrived.

As a high school student, I was no exception, and was currently enjoying my summer break.

Today, I'm having lunch at a fast-food restaurant with my friend Miaki.

I'd been summoned in this scorching heat for the absurdly selfish reason, "Practice is over, so get over here," and I doubt anyone could blame me for filing a formal complaint.

That's when it happened.

My phone fell over with a soft clatter after slipping from my hand.

"N-No way..." Miaki, who'd been sitting across from me, picked up the phone I'd dropped as I stared at it in despair.

Then she ruthlessly opened the screen.

"Rejected, and it's hilarious!!! Of course he's got one or two women!"

"Well... of course he does..."...
