As naturally as if it were nothing, the woman strolled through the air and entered the room, her beauty almost unreal.

As she did so, she stared intently at Jade from head to toe.

If they were on Earth, that look would be nothing short of sexual harassment, but Jade didn’t mind.

There was no need to judge a being who wasn’t human by human standards.

“Compared to a great being like you, my enlightenment is insignificant.”

“You don’t sound sincere at all. Still, you’ve earned the right to say that. We’re arrogant, but we respect the strong—especially those who’ve surpassed their limits.”

The woman’s eyes sparkled.

At the curiosity in her gaze, Jade smiled faintly and invited her to sit.
