“There’s only one bed.”

“It’s spacious enough. If we each sleep in a corner, it won’t matter.”

By the time we reached Room 703 by elevator, nothing had happened.

Maybe that was because there were no warnings such as having to close one eye while riding the elevator or being told to go to a specific floor.

So Kang Chae-young and I were now in Room 703.

We didn’t have any real luggage to unpack, so we got straight to the point.

“So, the last entry in your rulebook says you have to keep wearing your glasses?”

“That’s right. It says that if you have to take them off to sleep or wash, you must never keep your eyes open for more than three seconds.”

“You can see everything you need to in three seconds, but that’s pretty restrictive.”

“Still, thanks to them, it’s nice to look like a normal person again for the first time in ages.”...
