The Count's Mansion

Since we'd come as far as Daria, we visited the domain ruled by the Northpole Baron, whom we knew well. Apparently, monsters had been appearing there.

According to the baron, the monsters were black wolves and goblins.

The Marrow Trading Company had invested in the barony, and the baron had sworn loyalty to Amaranthus, so he was practically family.

After hearing about the situation, we decided to hunt the monsters.

We had enough fighting power to rival an entire nation's army, so there was no way we could lose to black wolves and goblins. We made short work of them.

After defeating the monsters, we had a lively dinner that evening.

Anemone also had a sleepover with her friend Marie. She seemed happy, giggling and having a good time, so all was well.

We decided to return to Daria.

We said goodbye to the baron first thing in the morning, dropped Marie off at home, and set out for Daria.

Marrow should be back at his house by now, too, after being away at the Marrow Trading Company...
